- What are the shipping guidelines?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders made on Saturday will only be shipped on Monday. We provide both local and international shipping.
- What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We will provide FREE shipping to all locations within Peninsular Malaysia!? Orders to Sabah and Sarawak are charged a flat rate of only RM 5. We use POSLAJU or Pos Ekspres for all regular orders and will email you the tracking number once shipment has been made.
- What are the international shipping costs and methods?
Here at thepoplook.com, we ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service that will take 3-5 days to deliver, signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

Yes. We offer a complimentary handwritten gift card along with a complimentary gift wrap. Please send us your message of not more that 140 characters. The gift recipient will receive a ‘gift receipt’ that does not reflect price of item. The same return policy applies for gifts. Items may be returned for store credit.

What is your return policy?
At thepoplook.com,
we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If
for any reason you are not completely satisfied,
you may return your purchase in UNWORN, UNWASHED,
UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store
credit only. There is a restocking fee of 5%
for all items returned. For example, if you return
a dress you purchased for RM100, you will receive
a store credit coupon worth RM95. Original
shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, buyer
bears the cost of shipping the item back to us. NuBra items and SALE items cannot be returned.
